Whether you decide to enjoy your drink as a cocktail or mocktail, you’re the bartender today! Your mixer should make about 2-3 beverages.

You may have purchased your mixer directly or might be receiving one as part of a dumpling kit. Note that if you ordered a cookbook and mixer, you’ll receive your mixer in a separate package.

A. MEET YOUR MIXER

LEMONGRASS PUNCH

Our signature, goes-with-everything mixer. Start with 2-3 oz mixer. Add 2 oz dark rum (optional) over ice. Top with your choice of fruit juice and/or club soda. Give it a stir and enjoy!

Ingredients: water, lemongrass puree, lime, sugar, salt. Keep Frozen Until Use.

SPICED GINGER CRANBERRY CAPE CODDER

Escape with a trip to the Cape in your glass! Start with 3-4 oz mixer. Add 1.5 oz vodka (optional). Give it a stir and serve over ice. Top with sparkling water or ginger ale.

Ingredients: cranberry juice, lime juice, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper. Keep Frozen Until Use.

ROSEMARY POMEGRANATE FIZZ

Tart and refreshing, bubbles are a great way to celebrate! Start with 2-3 oz mixer. Add 2 oz gin or vodka (optional). Give it a stir and serve over ice. Top with sparkling water or club soda.

Ingredients: pomegranate juice, water, sugar, rosemary, salt. Keep Frozen Until Use.

B. DEFROSTING YOUR MIXER

Remove your mixer from the freezer the day before you want to enjoy it and leave it in the refrigerator to thaw. Allow up to 12 hours to thaw. See? Simple, simple.

Forgot to defrost your mixer? We’ve got you covered. Simply microwave the mixer with the cap off in 15-30 second increments until it’s thawed but not warm.
