WE’RE AN OPEN BOOK MANAGEMENT COMPANY
In 2017, we launched a program called Open Book Management, a management strategy based on financial transparency and inclusivity. We empower each team member with managerial financial information regardless of their role or title and host all-staff quarterly meetings to review our financial performance. All staff members have the opportunity to see how the business is performing and strategize ways we can improve.
